Review of 'The K2'

 Fairly old drama, 2016

Watched during the span of my COVID isolation

To b honest I did quite a bit of fast forward to watch.

Interesting fighting scene at the beginning,

starting to drag in the middle of the story.

I don't really like the plot, when compared to rest of K drama I've watched.

I left with last few episode which I am considering to do a fast forward to last episode,.

Skip, and next plss......

COVID

Two years on, received few sms notifications on being close contact with COVID.

The worst was to gym during early covid days, I was with a COVID positive for up to one and half hour WITHOUT mask on.

To b honest I was worried sick esp the gym incident since masks were off for us.

All I SIAM, happy and thought maybe my immune is okay.

Now, I am positive too. Truth hurts.

Once mum caught it, the alert sounds. Too close contact this round to escape.

Tue evening tested positive, today is my 4th day.

I have spend my days in room with her, the feeling sucks altho thankfully we still have our mobile phones, and each other for company. Abit feel like in prison.

My daughter stayed in her own room. My Mrs total healthy and automatically she got a new job as our Grabfood.

I can't imagine if covid was to happen during era of no handphone. What should we do isolated in a room??

I started watching Netflex since the Squid Game, now watching quite abit Korean Drama other than my TVB drama.

Intitially to me, Korean drama are :

- guy got into accident and died

-they can't keep their foot on the ground and trip off anytime. Their partner will catch & surprising hold them for eternity at an awkward position. Then they stare at each other until the background music stops.

But after the Squid Game, I tried a couple of them and they are good.

Thanks Squid Game for the Game Changer.

Some storyline are quite immersing. A

ll of a sudden the awkward falls become romentic.

K-Drama reminded me of the early era of TVB,

where they focus much on storyline and plain acting skills.

Now Korean seems to be on the Ups and TVB on the Downs.

I applaud those K-pop singers/models despite acting not their main talent, everyone seems to act extremely well.

Same goes to early era of TVB.

I am currently watching 'The K2' and the above TVB 'The Beauty of War'

Will give a review on this , and a couple of which I've finished.
