Next tme try this:
create yr toy,
leave it in the open for awhile,
then put it in freezer.

It'll harden, then add yr touches, colour, etc.

When I took them out,

and on my back of my mind conjuring some good reasons to iron out,

she told me: "Nice leh"

I was shocked+dumbfounded for seconds.

As I tried out those tee,

mum put one on, told me she prefer the yellow one,

can borrow frm me next time.

Narnia, The Voyage Of the Dawn Treader

The 2nd sequel returns yet again. 

1st under Disney production,

then 2nd release under 20th Century Fox,

Will they be comparable, if not, excel the 1st?

The cast:

Ben Barnes, Liam Neeson, Simon Pegg

Story:

Rather than entering Narnia by the wardrobe,

a picture hanging on the wall for no reason inundated the room wif water,

thus catapulting the youngsters into Narnia,

where they face the arduous task to fight the dark evil 

and bring back lost villages who are offered to the demon.

Drum rolls, the battle begins...again.

Can the dragon save them?

How I feel:

Altho I can hardly recall the exact story of d 1st episode,

wat's still lingering is tat it was a good movie,

highly exciting, entertaining, bravado to the utmost.

I went to this 2nd voyage wif high anticipation.

Sadly, it wasn't as good as the 1st.

Firstly, the story, the direction, the moral, the integrity of Narnia-ians, 

and the desire to fight evil are solely lacking,

They just make up a need and say: "okie, let's go!"

Clearly a sign of trying to make fast cash trying to ride on the 1st.

Could it be the change of company production?

Or just an idea goes dry?

I am not a reader of the Narnia novel, 

so my comment hinges solely on the movie.

No magic in the beginning makes me frigid.

Then I have to try to stay awake.
Almost hibernated.

The most evil baddie in the movie is conclusively, 

a sea serpent, 

or perhaps a water "dragon" tat looks like
a snake wif unrecognizable head.

The demonic water serpent is knocked by the ship, retaliates,

then vanquishes by a single stroke of a sword.

No kick man.

We just wana see more devil.

More fierce fighting.

Also, the teamwork effort of Narnia-ians is evidently lacking.

My Review:

2 OUT OF FIVE

I enjoyed the teamwork of the rat and the dragon,

plus the introduction of the odious cousin.

Spice up the otherwise boring sequel.

Come on Narnia, I kw u can do better!

Just nw @Taka two women walked pass us,
one of them walking with wind.
Head up, chest out, 扭-ing left right left right.

Me+wifey took another look @her~
for her confidence.

She's not pretty (decorously!),
yet many eyes turned to look at her.

We noticed her skirt like 高腰.
Maybe tat's why?

She passed us and KPO-ly, we turned our heads.
Wah Kaoz. Shocking sight.

Skirt was short. Revealing her panties.
So obvious till we giggled giggled.
She put half ball... nope, wrong words.
She put half bucket, HALF-BOTTOM BUCKET.

Good thing must share. Scared u can't SEE properly.

She purposely wear till like this,
not tat the skirt rolled up, but she kept it up.

Applaud her guts, for showing us what we don't wanna see.

Reviving a dead iphone

Wifey's Iphone for no reason,
unable to on.

Became a brick.
I tried to remove & re-insert SIM card, to no avail.

Guys & gals, this could happen to u.
One issue wif iphone,
for no reason they might just off and unable to switch on.

Solution:

1) Connect iphone to computer.
2) Press power switch+home button simultaneously for 10 sec.
3) Solved. If not hit down to service centre.

Gmail Hacked, China?

Just now I've got a surprise.

While logging in to gmail a message popped out,

warning me my account might be hacked by someone from China.

Astonished, I delved further for details.

As shown, someone frm China (IP address frm China) 

used my gmail on Nov 27.

I quickly changed my password. Scary shit.

Wah Phangz, recalling the recent world grabbing headlines,

on hackers allegedly frm China, hacking Gmail,

thus the hoo-ha btw Google & China.

Tot these ppl targets politicians, or dissidents?

And for sure, Obama, Dalai Lama & Ma Ying-jeou were not on my addressee list.

Guys, u've got the wrong mailbox.

We celebrated mine+Cai Yuan's+Ryan's birthday together,
since all our dates close.

Of course our 'targeted' man was Cai Yuan, as usual.
He wif a bit of bad luck, played games & lost numerous times,
thus drowned wif drinks.

Cast:

Story:

Sci-fi thriller of alien invasion in Los Angeles,
the aliens descend frm the sky,
a group of humans trapped in a penthouse apartment trying to avoid being killed.
Full-stop. Tat's the story. Nothing else.

How I feel:

Watched this movie @JB before its local screening.

It starts off pretty exciting & mouth-watering:
A group of people awake in an apartment by beams of bright blue rays from the sky,
once they look at the source of the light,
their eyes turn dark, dark veins surface on their bodies,
uncontrollably they'll walk towards the beam and vanishes.

Wat a start.
Wif high expectation of wat will ensue.

They do not build any characters on the cast,
anyway not required since they spend of most their time
looking at the aliens,
arguing whether to stay or run.

1st lament:

Those aliens are invincible, once killed they'll resurrect back to life,
while those human start to die off one by one,
Totally one-sided affair, no true fight at all.

2nd lament:

Dull and silly dialogues.
They keep on arguing whether to run or to wait,
without putting up strong justification.
Guess they just trying to buy time.

I can't stand it when in a midst of an urgent escape,
a guy asks the other:

"What's this? Can u tell me what is THAT thing?
Can someone tell me what is tat thing?"

I feel like slapping him and reply:

"Gong Hei Fatt Choi! It's 财神爷"

What drops from the sky and has such appearance.
Isn't it so obvious it's alien? Idiot.

Ironically, no reply frm the other guy.
Perhaps he does not kw the answer as well.
Exemplary idiot meets another idiot.
Or maybe...they want to keep us in suspense?

My Review:

2 OUT OF FIVE

Surprisingly almost all the shot happens in the penthouse apartment.

The effects are passable.
I have to admit the aliens look cool,
& the way they rip the head/brain off the body.

Of course the running and chasing can at least keep u awake.

It's not a good film,
altho can still label it as entertaining in some way.

My recommendation is to wait for the DVD.

Just nw @Vivo level 1,
came across a counter promoting Krombacher.

A German beer,
Krombacher Weizen is a new brew to add to their product line.
A wheat beer wif fruity taste.

Tat promoter gave me a small cup to sample,
& I immediately like d taste.

Bought 6 bottles free a nice pint glass (as shown above pix).
Those guys gave me 2 glasses instead when I requested.
Shiok to drink wif this pint glass.

In addition, free bottle opener.
Sturdy steel opener, next tme eat crab can use.

Moments ago, I opened a bottle 

& poured into the new glass for detailed savouring.

It's smooth, at the same time the wheat taste lingers in the background.

Well-balanced wheat beer indeed-  too strong wheat can kill the original taste.

And in the mention, natural spring water is used in the brewing process.

Thumbs up to the Germans!

Story:

From the director of 'The Ring', The Incite Mill is abt

10 people taking part in a mysterious high paying job,

purportedly to be a psychological study on human.

They will be placed under observation by the organization.

Staying in a remote building for 7 days, the rules states that

after 10 pm nobody is allowed to leave their own room.

The game will end on the 7th day or when only two participants are left and the experiment can no longer continue.

Each is given a weapon of their own,

thus who's holding what weapon

will be unknown unless they reveal.

In the beginning they promise to stay there harmoniously
while waiting for the conclusion of that game.

However, on the 2nd morning, they found a guy shot dead.

How are they supposed to live wif a murderer among them for 7 days?

Who's the murder among them?

Who's holding the gun?

How I Feel:

As the show proceed on, it'll make u wanna kw more,

thus u'll be glued to the screen.

I like the plot, it's quite tough at 1st to guess who's the murderer,

everyone seems suspicious.

I was quite surprised when they unveiled the murderer to the audience mid of the show.

Although the cat was out of the bag,
there's no void.


How they discover the murderer?
how they survive the 7 day? and of course, the ending.

My Review:

3 OUT OF FIVE

Despite the positive comments earlier,
I feel something missing somewhere, which I am unable to explain.
Perhaps too high expectation on Jap movies after couple of good ones.

I walked out of the theater feeling satisfied, but not totally overwhelmed.

My Birthday 2010

Had dinner @Marche, 313 Somerset, followed by watching "The Incite Mill".

After the meal, we too boh liao, took out our iphones.
Wifey just bought her's, so I intro her the free 3G video calling app Tango.
We tried the quality, called each other, then the silly faces started.

 Gosh I tot I am celebrating my 18th birthday.

 Conclusion- It's a good app.

We rushed home for family celebration.
Both my sis prepared a cake for me.
Thanks gals!

A day of fun @Universal Studios Sentosa.

Took lots of pix (album),

just wonder tat day where did the rest of the characters hiding.

We had only few rides

as rides quite limited. 

When looking @the map,

the large drawing of various locations in the theme park,

plus the limited lines of adventures to introduce,

shows just hw pathetic it is, compared to overseas theme parks,

where they normally have small icons+location drawings

plus lines & lines of small prints that can strain ur eyes.
